Florida Firearms Transfers

If you have found a firearm on-line that you need transferred to the Tampa, Clearwater, St Petersburg or the Tampa Bay Area, We can help you. If you are looking for a certain firearm and can not locate it we will help you find it.

Our fees for transferring a firearm from another Gun Shop or Individual are 20.00 per firearm plus a 5.00 fee for FDLE background check per transaction. This fee would apply to most transactions on the various auction sites.

Our fees for firearms coming from a wholesaler, importer, manufacturer or distributor are 10% minimum 30.00 per firearm plus the 5.00 FDLE background check per transaction and sales tax is collected on these transfers.

We will special order any new firearm for 10% minimum 30.00 plus 5.00 FDLE background check and sales tax with prepayment. Most Special orders arrive within 2-5 business days. If you are having a firearm transferred to us, email or come by the shop and we will send our FFL to the dealer you are purchasing from. It is now acceptable to FAX or email copies of the FFL to the shipping dealer. If you would like to FAX the FFL yourself you may download/print the pdf file on this page. Once the seller receives our FFL he can send the item to our shop. When purchasing on-line from another dealer or individual it is your responsibility to pay the seller. We advise that you stop by the shop and fill out the Form 4473 when picking up our FFL to send to the seller. By doing this the waiting period will be over usually by the time the firearm arrives.

If you are special ordering something expensive or more than several items at the same time email us and we may negotiate the fees.

If you have a valid Florida conceal carry permit, there is no waiting period and the 4473 can be filled out upon pick-up.

The best way to get ahold of us is via email. Our shop hours are 12AM-6PM PM Monday through Friday and 10-4 PM Saturday.
