We do not ship High Capacity Magazines or High Capacity Magazine Parts to California and other prohibited States. Any orders placed for prohibited items will be cancelled.
Shipping And Handling
All Rifle and Ammunition Orders will be shipped UPS Ground. All ammunition orders which have chosen another method will be changed to UPS ground and charged the appropriate rate.
Rifle Orders are Required to be shipped Adult Signature Required.
Delivery Schedule
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after they are ordered. Please be patient during high volume periods. When ordering from www.buymilsurp.com, allow 7-10 business days for delivery. You will be notified by email when your order ships, with the UPS tracking number (if by UPS)
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
www.buymilsurp.com is based in Florida. Orders will only be charged Florida Sales tax if the order is being shipped to Florida destinations. If you are a Florida business and buying with the intent to resell: you must send us a signed copy of your Florida tax exempt Certificate located in the front of your sales tax booklet to avoid Florida sales tax.

Returns Policy
Returns are very costly to our Company. We make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and the product meets the standards of our advertising. If a Return must be made, please note the following policy:
-No Returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice Date.
-If the item is new Manufacturer, and item is defective, Manufacturers warranty applies
-Return Shipping Charges are the customers Responsibility. If the wrong product was shipped in our error, we will make arrangements for return of the item(s).
-Upon receipt of the Returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the return to determine if a Refund or Exchange will be made.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made. (i.e. credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account.) Credit Card Refunds are subject to a 3% Return Fee.
NOTE: If we deem a Return was made without reasonable cause, where in our judgment the product meets advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 20% Restocking fee.
EXCHANGES
When returning merchandise to be exchanged, please include estimated shipping charges to ship your replacement order.

We strive to keep our site up to date and correct, but with almost 3000 items we do make mistakes from time to time. We reserve the right to cancel any order for ANY reason and refund the customer up to the time of shipment.
